Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

ImmerseMate provides digital, virtual services. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the Pro service has been activated on your account.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing portal via Stripe. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

3. Special Circumstances

If you experience technical issues due to a major system failure on our side, please contact us within 7 days. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
